A writer and performer A1 is what today’s generation is looking for sonically blended with a work ethic, attention to detail and study habits similar to the golden ages. Releasing his first track “Wish I knew” {Freestyle} in August of 2017 A1 jumped head first into the market and has not looked back since. A descendant of Yemen, A1 has taken the influence of his Lower East side neighborhood and began to paint pictures for the rest of the world welcoming them into his for the turn up.

Recently featured by the legendary Drama King DJ Kay Slay on his Sirius XM / Shade 45 platform A1 turned heads with the performance of his single, “Complicated” and now has new fans to satisfy. In the works for the rest of the year is a follow up single for the ladies titled “Like Dat” as well as his as yet untitled debut mixtape. Alongside his partner Monopoly the two are building the Don De Dieu label empire which has arms in other areas of entrepreneurship
