My name is Angel Lopez better known as, my stage name “Yexsiel” – of “Yexsiel & Liann” , born and raised in Philadelphia PA
What was your inspiration to become a music artist?
I was always passionate about music, listening to different flows. Growing up, I was always around studios seeing people create music and I always wanted to experience that myself by making my own music.
With so many independent artists out here what makes you different & sets you apart?
I have my own unique flow and sound that is what makes me different and sets me apart.
For those who may not have heard your music, how would you describe it?
My music has its own vibe, its urban with a little bit of everything & it’s really unique. If you haven’t heard it yet you should.. you won’t be disappointed
Currently, what single / video are you pushing & where can we find it?
Right now we’re pushing “Emergencia”, one of our hit singles. All of our sounds can be found on SoundCloud and YouTube.
When you step in the studio, what are some things you must have on deck?
My team has to be there.
How did you come up with your name?
It’s my oldest nephew name he went through so much in life, and seeing how strong he stood overcoming everything I choose to use his name Yexsiel.

What’s going on Liann? Please introduce yourself and tell us where you’re from.
My name is Joshua Lanausse, born in Guayama PR but I’ve lived in Philadelphia since I was one so it’s safe to call me a Philadelphian. I also go by the name “LIANN”, I’m an up coming reggaeton recording artist. Working and living day by day like everyone else, with a passion for music that I pursue.
What was your inspiration to become a music artist?
My inspiration came from every song I ever heard that I felt impacted me. Since the age of 11 I knew that I was gonna like music. That fact that I felt connected and I could relate so much through music, I fell In love with expression and ever since that I’ve been doing music.
With so many independent artists out here what makes you different & sets you apart?
The difference between me and others is simple, I’m simply just a different sound. You can have your opinion on the music and what you hear, but is it because we sound different or just a different sound? I’ll let my music speak for itself.

I can describe my music as different like I mentioned before. My music is meant to impact others the way music impacted my life and much more.

When I make it to the studio I must have a good atmosphere. I must feel like I’m at a place where I can relax and have no worries. That’s my ideal place to create.
How did you come up with your name?
I came up with my name LIANN by taking my sons name Julian and dissecting it and keeping only the last four letters.
