Allow me to introduce myself, my name is M.A.R. & I’m from Bridgeport Connecticut
2. When did you start rapping and who or what inspired you?
I started out in music at a young age. I started out DJ’ing which lead to me producing wHich then lead to me picking up the pen and turning myself into the artist I am today. What inspired me to wanna do it is the artist that came before me that pave the way
3. With so many independent artists out here what makes you different & sets you apart?
What makes me different is I’m me #lightuppp
4. Tell us something you enjoy doing [besides music] that most people don’t know.
Besides music I really love acting thats another passion of mine
5. Currently, what project or single are you working on or pushing & where can we find it?

6. What’s been the most memorable moment so far in your music career?
I have 3 things that have been memorable to me I would half to began with me performing at Mohegan Sun arena opening the Connecticut Sun WNBA game, that was a dream come true. Also me actually opening for Lupe Fiasco at Toads Place in my home state is another dream come true & last but not least headlining my own 5 cities tour in 5 days with Nas’s artist “Dave East” the #lightuppptour 2015 was a success can’t wait for pt 2
7. What are your goals musically for 2016?
To take over the world or how me and my team say it #lightuppptha
